Are uniforms compulsory?
Yes, shorts & t-shirt $35
What size uniform should I buy?
Uniforms run very small, so please order up a size from your child's normal clothing size. ie/ a 2 yr old should order size 4
When will I get my uniform?
All uniforms are given out by the coach at the first session. Uniforms are not mailed out. Please ask your coach for your uniform if you haven’t received it.
What footwear should my child wear?
We encourage all players to wear soccer boots from age 5, trainers are otherwise appropriate.
Can I join once the term has started?
Subject to availability, any class can be joined during the term - a pro rata amount will be payable.
Which class level should I enrol my child?
We place all children in a class based on their age as at 1st January ...they remain in that class for a full year and your coach will adapt the classes as the kids progress.
Credits/Refunds
As per our terms & conditions, refunds are not given after any program has commenced eg weekly classes, holiday camp, 1-1 sessions. In cases where a doctor’s certificate has been provided, credits may be put on your account and are to be used within a year of the given date.
What happens when it rains?
If the grounds are closed by Centennial Park Rangers, all Saturday and Sunday classes for all age groups, as well as midweek classes for 6-9 Year olds will be cancelled and a make up class given to book online (subject to availability).
All morning weekday classes and midweek afternoon classes for 4/5 Year olds will be relocated to our indoor venue-the venue is subject to availability otherwise a make-up class will be allocated to you. We do not offer refunds or credits for classes not made up.

How do I know if my class is going ahead?
If you haven’t heard from us, your class is going ahead at your scheduled venue. In case of inclement weather, you will receive a text advising of a change to our indoor venue (Monday to Friday 18 month-5 yr old classes only) - text message are only sent if location has changed, not to confirm the class.

How do I book a make up class?
You must mark your child absent online before the scheduled missed class at www.kickeroos.com.au - this will give rise to a makeup class. Please note, make up classes are subject to availability. If you can not see the class online you are looking it will mean that the class is fully booked.
How many makeup classes am I entitled to, how to book and when do they expire?
If you enrolled in a term time program, subject to availability, you can make up 2 classes per term. Make up classes must be used by the end of the current term - they do not rollover to the next term.
How much are casual classes and how do I book?
Casual classes are $30 (which covers your insurance) and bookings are made online at www.kickeroos.com.au ONLY ONE DAY ahead of the scheduled class, full term bookings have priority over casual classes.
